The event brought together a diverse audience of professionals from the public, private and educational sectors for two days to present and discuss the results of six projects sponsored by the British Embassy over the past year, through the Prosperity Fund. The interactive topics, all on the theme of energy, involved the segments of Buildings, Industries, Electric Vehicles, Nuclear Energy and Smart Grids.
Mitsidi was invited to participate in two of the six panels, presenting the results of projects that they helped to design and execute.
In one panel, one of the partners and Industry Manager, André De Dominicis, shared the microphone with Rodrigo Sarmento Garcia, from CNI (National Confederation of Industries), to talk about competitiveness, sustainability and energy efficiency in Industry, describing the Technical Resource Center for Energy Efficiency in Industry that is being developed.
Next, another Mitsidi partner and Energy Efficiency Manager In Buildings, Alexandre Schinazi presented new results from the DEO project (Operational Energy Performance in Buildings) alongside João Queiroz Krause, from Eletrobras, and Diana Csillag, advisor to the CBCS, bringing to the plenary the discussion on the relationship between energy performance and user comfort in buildings. Both presentations cited an evolution in the development of national methodologies for energy diagnostics, and, to this end, the need for training programs to train high-quality energy auditors. Mitsidi is proud to participate in projects so important, alongside companies and entities that are working for the sustainable development of our country. We thank Eletrobras, CBCS, CNI and the British Embassy for this incredible opportunity.
We are committed to carrying out more and more projects that help improve the transparency, efficiency and intelligence of energy consumption in Brazil.
